摘要
HPLC and UV-derivative spectrophotometry methods were used for assaying acetylsalicylic acid and chlormezanone in pure state and in pharmaceutical preparations as Trancogesic(R) tablets. In this paper the results are presented using the zero-crossing technique. In this way, the interference of two components mixed together has been eliminated.
