摘要
Stark-hyperfine transitions have been observed in the l11 and l10 rotational states of D2O to characterize the deuterium quadrupole coupling interaction. The diagonal elements of the eQq tensor, in the principal inertial coordinate system, are eQqaa = 153.92(11)kHz, eQqbb = 22.12(11)kHz, and eQqcc = -175.037(11)kHz. These results provide eQq constants, with a minimum of centrifugal distortion, for the analysis of hyperfine data for water containing van der Waals complexes. © 1991.
