摘要
Optical absorption in a-Si:H p-i-n solar cells deposited on rough transparent conducting electrode is studied by photothermal deflection spectroscopy. Light trapping due to internal reflection at the glass/air interface is analyzed by spatially-resolved photothermal deflection and by angular-resolved reflectance. Electrical power dissipation is investigated at different wavelenghts by recording the thermal signal.
