ABSORPTION-SPECTRA OF QUANTUM-WELL EXCITON IN RBCL-KBR MULTILAYER STRUCTURES

摘要
Quantum confinements effects of the KBr-exciton in the alternating RbCl-KBr multilayer structures are first observed by means of the optical absorption study as in the KCl-KBr multilayer structures. Possible occurrence of interface-mixture-free- and interface-mismatch-free-multilayer structures is realized in the annealed RbCl-KBr cases. © 1990.
