A direct application of the recently published technique of eliminating vertical parallax from holograms is that it permits reconstruction of holographic motion pictures with a constant-velocity film-strip motion. We have demonstrated this, both for three-dimensional holographic movie viewing and for two-dimensional holographic movie projection. © 1968 The American Institute of Physics.
