摘要
The conductivity of APT·5H2O is found to be strongly humidity dependent. This property has been used to develop a humidity sensor. The conductance of the specially designed humidity sensor changes by ≈ 103 times when relative humidity (RH) changes from 10% to 90%. The response time of the sensor is ≈ 3 min when it goes from initial high towards low RH values. © 1990.
