摘要
The presence of interstitial oxygen in room temperature chemically oxidized La2-xSrxCuO4+y, (0.15<x) induces modifications in the crystal structure and the superconducting properties of these cuprates. The existence of a structural limit for the insertion of oxygen under the current oxidation conditions, related to the relieving of the internal strain of these materials, is proposed. Besides, oxidized materials show an almost constant T-c close to that corresponding to the optimum hole doping concentration. The coincidence of both features is remarked upon and discussed.
