摘要
The O Kalpha X-ray fluorescence of La2-xSrxCuO4 have been recorded using tunable and high-resolution monochromatized synchrotron radiation excitation. A strong variation in the shape of the O Kalpha emission spectra depending on incidence photon energy is observed. The lineshape change results from varying of in-plane and apical oxygen contributions into the emission line. The X-ray emission bands which reflect the local 2p density of states as to the two inequivalent oxygen sites have been distinguished.
