摘要
Personality screening is being widely used to evaluate job applicants as well as current employees. Numerous tests have been developed that companies may use. However, the use of such tests may lead to litigation. Causes of action based on both federal and state law are available. Thus, employers need to manage the legal risk when such tests are going to be used. One way to do so is to follow the guidelines proposed in this article.
