摘要：

Energy policy in Sweden, as in most countries, has had varying goals over the yearns. The best way is to try to find a development of technology that can be adapted to many different future alternatives. Environmentally viable systems will be an important prerequisite for the future. In Sweden, it is possible to utilize biomass for heat and power production. Combined heat-and-power production is an interesting application. In the short term, there is little need for new plants, but preparation for future needs goes on.
