摘要
The effects of substitution of oxygen by fluorine in YBa2Cu3O6.5-x+deltaF2x were studied by means of the O Kalpha and F Kalpha X-ray emission spectra. It was inferred that fluorine atoms enter the lattice of YBa2Cu3O6.5 and occupy oxygen sites in the CuO2 planes up to x less-than-or-equal-to 1.
