摘要
Intracranial self-stimulation (ICSS) response rates elicited from the doral noradrenergic bundle are enhanced by d-amphetamine but not by l-amphetamine, suggesting noradrenergic mediation. Both isomers equally enhance ICSS response rates elicited from the mid-ventral periaqueductal area (oculomotor nuclei, interstitial nuclei, dorsal raphe nuclei and medial longitudinal fasciculus), suggesting dopaminergic mediation.
