摘要
Amorphous and crystalline LaNi5.0 thin films were prepared by means of a sputtering method using a combination of an LaNi5.4 disk and an LaNi3.0 disk. The degree of crystallinity of the crystalline film was determined from differential scanning calorimetric measurements. The hydrogen concentration in films increased with the degree of crystallinity. The dependence of the relative partial molar enthalpies and entropies of hydrogen on hydrogen concentration in amorphous film was different from that in crystalline film. This may be attributed to the changes in the local environmental structure around hydrogen atoms. © 1990 American Chemical Society.
