摘要
We have developed a spray pyrolysis method that can be readily applied to the preparation of thin film components for lithium batteries: cathodes (LiCoO2, LiMn2O4), anodes (Li(1+x)Yi(2-x)O(4); 0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 1/3) and electrolytes (Li3.6V0.4Ge0.6O4, Li3Zn0.5GeO4 and Li0.3La0.57TiO3). The sols prepared are all air stable and decompose to give the desired oxide films at temperature as low as 400 degrees C or 600 degrees C in air depending on the compound. These electrodes can be deposited on a wide range of substrate materials and show good adhesion.
