摘要
Electrical, photoelectrical and degradation properties of thin film Cu2S-CdS and Cu2S-Cd1-xZnxS solar cells on the basis of CdS and Cd1-xZnxS (x = 0.15) film prepared by spray pyrolysis and evaporation in quasiclosed volume were investigated. It was shown that the thin film solar cells produced by evapolation are high efficient (eta = 7%) and stable.
