摘要
Crystallophysical, electrophysical and photoelectrical properties of Zn//xCd//1// minus //xS solid solution films in the whole range of compositions 0 less than equivalent to x less than equivalent to 1 fabricated on large area substrates (about 100 cm**2) by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) in hydrogen flow for use in solar cells are discussed in this paper.
