摘要
The optimisation of a mediated amperometric glucose biosensor designed for in situ bioprocess monitoring leading to improved stability (4 days of continuous use) and extended working range (up to 20 g l-1) is described. An example of its application to fermentation monitoring is given in the model system of a pulse-fed baker's yeast cultivation on defined medium.
