We report two patients with a history of transitory homonymous hemianopia in the course of a migraine attack. Since transcranial Doppler studies suggested that an abnormal stimulus evoked blood flow velocity responses even after visual field recovery, the concept of cerebrovascular-neuronal disintegration in migraineurs is further supported
