摘要
1. 1. MIP isolated from Mytilus ganglia hyperpolarizes neurons of Helix pomatia L. inducing voltage independent small outward current. 2. 2. The neuropeptide modulates the membrane Ca-conductance, in most of the cells investigated, decreasing the ICa and Ca-activated potassium currents. 3. 3. MIP increases the delayed outward currents and decreases the Ca-dependent K-current. 4. 4. The Mytilus inhibitory neuropeptide exerted a combination of more than one type of action on the Helix neurons, and in this respect its effect resembled other molluscan neuropeptides. © 1990.
