摘要
Using congenic strains, the two alleles ('Ed' and 'Orl') of the reeler mutation in mice have been compared on two genetic backgrounds (B6 and C). The phenotypic differences in cerebellar organization between the 4 homozygous reeler mutant strains appeared related to the genetic background rather than to allelic differences. © 1990.
