摘要
The effect of external (joining or pull-off) force applied to two fluid particles on the parameters characterizing liquid film profile (contact angle theta //f, radii r//f and r//0, approximating profile thickness H//0, film thickness H//f, surface curvature k//0) and on the interaction free energy DELTA F of the circular film was investigated by a numerical computation method. The line tension functions relating to the difference between F//1 equals 2 sigma //0(cos theta //f minus 1) (for the case of negative specific interaction free energy DELTA F(H//f)) or F//2 equals sigma //0k//0(H//0 minus H//f) (for DELTA F(H//f) greater than 0) and DELTA F(H//f) coincide in sign with DELTA F(H//f). The 'conventional line tension' functions relating to the difference between DELTA F and F//1 or F//2 are always negative.
