摘要
Regarding pH reduction in Chelex-100 column effluent provided part of the rationale for the development of a method in which ambient levels of pH and alkalinity are maintained in water samples equilibrated with Chelex-100 which has been prewashed in acetate buffer of predetermined concentration.
