摘要
A human parvovirus, adeno-associated virus (AAV), is unique among eukaryotic DNA viruses in its ability to integrate site specifically into a defined region of human chromosome 19. In this study we used in situ hybridization to visualize directly the site of AAV DNA integration in latently infected human cell lines and normal human cells. © 1991.
