摘要
The amounts of non-cyclic alpha-aryl units were determined for wood lignin in situ from the rate of acid-catalyzed phenolic hydroxyl group formation. Expressed as a percentage of C-9 units having this type of structural feature, aspen had 6%, considerably more than for Norway spruce which had 4%.
