摘要
A need exists for a rapid, quantitative method to separate aminoalkyl phosphonic acids, which are important water treatment chemicals. Methods described in the literature are either lengthy or difficult to quantitate. The technique of isotacho-electrophoresis has been used to separate impurities in several water treatment phosphonates. The estimation of these impurities was achieved within an accuracy of 10% relative error.
