摘要
The feasibility of fabricating nickel-sensitive chemically modified electrodes (CMEs) for practical use in analysis was investigated. CMEs, based on dimethylglyoxime-containing carbon paste, were characterized with cyclic voltammetry and used for differential pulse voltammetric quantitation of nickel. Nickel(II) was chemically deposited on the CME, and voltammetry was done with the electrode in a separate buffer. The CME surface could be regenerated with exposure to acid and reused for deposition. In 10 deposition/measurement/regeneration cycles, the response could be reproduced with 3% relative standard deviation.
