THEORETIC ANALYSIS OF ANALOG DIVISION METHOD FOR KERR LOOP MEASUREMENT

摘要
A theoretic analysis of the analog division method for Kerr loop measurement is presented. The results show that the output signal V-a of the analog division system can be expressed as V-a = tan(2)(phi+/-theta(K)), and the signal difference Delta V-a is given by [sin(2 phi)sin(2 theta(K))]/[cos(2 phi) + cos(2 theta(K))](2), which means that the interference caused by the instability of laser source I-0 is almost negligible.
