摘要
The limitations of direct trace determinations in high purity tantalum by ICP-AES and ICP-MS are evaluated. Further improvement of the detection limits requires previous trace-matrix-separations. A column procedure with a cation exchange resin is described which is less prone to contaminations than open batch methods using cellulose collectors.
