摘要
The velocity and attenuation of ultrasonic shear waves have been investigated at temperatures above TC=121.82A°K in single-crystal KDP. An elastic Curie-Weiss law, (s66E-s66P)=D(T-TC), is obtained with an elastic Curie constant D equal to 6.31×10-11 dyn-1 cm2 deg. The attenuation data are consistent with a cooperative relaxation time at constant stress τ which varies as τ=24×10-12(T-TC) sec. © 1969 The American Physical Society.
