摘要
A new dihydroxycembranolide, sandensolide has been isolated along with (+)-sinulariolide from the ethyl acetate extract of the soft coral Sinularia sandensis Verseveldt. The structure and stereochemistry of the new compound was determined by its spectral data [UV, IR, H-1 & C-13 NMR, 2D NMR (H-1-H-1 COSY) and Mass], chemical conversion and X-ray analysis.
