摘要
The anisotropy of the growth rate and the morphology of the potassium-lithium oxide tungsten bronze single crystals during the electrolysis in the 0.30K(2)WO(4)-0.25Li(2)WO(4)-0.45WO(3) melt at 700 degrees C under potentiostatic conditions in the overpotential range from 0 to 70 mV have been studied. An anomalous decrease in the growth rate of the {10 $$($) over bar 10} face has been observed at overpotential values above 30 mV. It was decided that the process of selforganization takes place. The mechanism of such selforganization exists to be the selection of electroconductivity between separate blocks of the crystal.
