摘要
We review microscopic models for small-amplitude nuclear motion within the framework of extended RPA theories which include 1p1h as well as 2p2h excitations in a consistent way. These theories give a realistic description of the linear response up to momentum transfers of 2-3 fm-1. The numerical results indicate strong evidence for correlation effects beyond mean field theory.
