摘要
Cermet solar selective surfaces of absorptance higher than 0.93 and emittance less than 0.05 have been prepared by vacuum coevaporation of quartz glass and copper. Tandem films consisting of this cermet and a copper reflector exhibit thermal stability up to at least 550 K and calculated Carnot photothermal conversion efficiency up to 0.3. © 1990.
