摘要
The effect of interstitial clustering on the spontaneous recombination volume was studied in copper and dilute copper alloys with electrical resistivity measurements. The results show a considerable reduction of the spontaneous recombination volume due to clustering so that spontaneous recombination of newly produced vacancies with a trapped interstitial can be neglected.
