The detector described in this paper combines uniquely neutrino energy resolution and sensitivity to the (pp) neutrinos produced in the Sun. At an event rate of 10/day, it will solve in a model independent way the Solar Neutrino Puzzle, and provide very precise measurements of the interior of the Sun.
