摘要
For PbZr0.99Ti0.01O3 single crystals time dependence of the electric permittivity and pyroelectric effect as well as the influence of an electric field strength and frequency on the phase transition temperatures were investigated. From electrostrictive measurements on PbZr1-xTixO3 ceramics the specific role of Ti ions (0<x<0.03) in, the creation of chain-like polar regions in the paraelectric phase is discussed. © 1990, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
