摘要
A hydrogen peroxide electrochemical sensor, coupled with two enzymes (β-galactosidase and glucose oxidase) immobilized on the surface of the sensor, has been applied in flow analysis of lactose and glucose in milk samples. The developed procedures are very simple and the short response time allows the analysis of milk directly on dairy farms. © 1990.
