摘要
When 0.15 gl-1 of petrol is added to the medium, Spirulina platensis and Chlorella vulgaris are killed but Scenedesmus incrassatulus survives. The fatty acid composition of Scenedesmus is unchanged but the amount of sterols is decreased two-fold and their quantitative composition changes.
