摘要
Methods have been discovered to stabilize aqueous and non-aqueous solutions of reactive sulfonium ion containing polyelectrolyte precursor polymers to poly(arylene vinylenes) and poly(heteroarylene vinylenes). Having stabilized solutions of these polymers has not only facilitated processing of these important conductive polymer systems, but also has led to materials with improved mechanical and electrical properties.
