摘要
Exact equations, describing arbitrary relativistic oscillations and coherent spontaneous electromagnetic radiation of a thin charged layer, are obtained and studied. Such a layer can be, in particular, an attractive source of powerful radiation with a very broad-band frequency spectrum.
