摘要
The paper presents data obtained from thermoporometry and mechanical measurements on wet silica gels. The porous texture of wet gels is represented by three levels of porosity. Among the population of pores, only the mesoporous range has been completely characterised quantitatively. The value of Young's modulus is found to decrease when the volume of macropores in the gel increases. A simple mechanical model is presented and discussed to support this observation. © 1990.
