摘要
A transmission electron microscopy study of beta and martensite phase of Cu-Al-Mn shape memory alloys has been performed. For this purpose, four different alloys were prepared-Cu-9.8A1-4.4Mn, Cu-10.8A1-4.2Mn, Cu-11.1A1-5.4Mn, Cu-11.3A1-6.1Mn. The influence of the heat treatment on the beta(L2(1)) phase order is important. The martensite structure is closely dependent on the electron concentration (e/a), being 2H for an e/a greater than 1.45, while for values below this, it presents an 18R structure.
