摘要
We report the measurements of electrical resistivity (rho), thermoelectric power (S), magnetoresistance (DELTA-rho-H = rho-H - rho-0) and Hall effect (R(H)) of YbAs and YbP. Our results confirm the individual role of electrons and holes. Electrical resistivity is mainly controlled by electrons which appear to be only weakly sensitive to the magnetic transition (T(N) almost-equal-to 500 and 400 mK, respectively), though S(T) shows an indication of Kondo effect due to holes.
