摘要
Ceramic samples of Bi5FeTi3O15 were prepared by the solid state reaction method. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction. Dielectric measurements were performed from room temperature to 850-degrees-C. Magnetoelectric measurements were performed under d.c. fields up to 8 kOe. The results are discussed.
