摘要
We present the first magnetization measurements of single submicron (Go, CoZr, Ni) particles. As a detector we use a microbridge-dc-SQUID deposited onto or next to the sample. Sample and detector are patterned by electron-beam lithography. The dynamics and the temperature dependence of the magnetization reversal are studied.
