摘要
The original and the treated activated sludge samples and the ECPs extracted from the original sludge were analyzed via FTIR spectra. A characteristic band near 670 cm(-1) was found to have a strong correlation with the sludge dewaterability and settleability, and was proposed as an indicator for sludge performance. Possible mechanism for freeze/thaw treatment was also discussed.
