RELAXATIONS AND STRUCTURAL STATES IN VITREOUS SEGE ALLOYS

摘要
This paper shows that measurements of the glass transition temperature, T(g), displacements during sub-T(g) relaxations in vitreous SeGe alloys lead to the determination of apparent activation energies (DELTA-E, DELTA-E', DELTA-E(s)). The variations of these quantities versus the content of Ge and the definitions of new structural species (called Se cell and Ge cell) explain the relaxation mechanisms that appear in this family of materials.
