摘要
Random number generators are widely used in simulation, testing, and communications. Some applications, such as key generation, require a secure—that is, unpredictable—source of random numbers. In this paper we show how to use a chaotic circuit as a secure random number generator and give an example using a first-order nonuniformly sampling digital phase-locked loop operating in a chaotic regime. © 1990 IEEE
