EXPERIMENTAL-STUDY OF LASER-DIODE END-PUMPED NDYAL3(BO3)4 LASER AT 1.06 MU-M

摘要
Laser performance of Nd:YA13 (BO3)4 (NYAB) at 1.06 mum has been studied in this paper, and for the first time, a cw laser of LD pumped Nd:YA13(BO3)4 at 1.06 mum with relatively high efficiency has been obtained. With a 3 mm x 3 mm x 8 mm Nd:YA13(BO3)4 Crystal, a 128 mW output at 1.06 mum was reached when the pumped power was 368 mW at 804 nm. For comparison, the experiment of LD-pumped Nd:YVO4 laser at 1.06 mum was also performed.
