摘要
The interaction of slip dislocations with the (011BAR2) twin interface in zinc has been investigated using transmission electron microscopy. Several processes have been pointed out: slip transfer across the grain boundary, dissociation into secondary dislocations and reaction with interfacial dislocations. Moreover, the splitting of lattice dislocations in the interface is shown to produce twinning dislocations responsible for the twin growth.
